Position 1: International Sales Specialist — Americas

Business Direction: Mechatronics Work Location: Chongqing, China Reports To: International Sales Manager / General Manager

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop sales opportunities and customers for mechatronic products in North and South America, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Chile.

  2. Promote products such as motors, gear reducers, servo drives, intelligent controllers, and automation components.

  3. Acquire new customers through international exhibitions, Alibaba.com, Made-in-China.com, Google, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels.

  4. Maintain long-term relationships with distributors, OEM customers, and existing business partners.

  5. Communicate with overseas customers by email, telephone, and video conference, primarily in English.

  6. Collect market trends, competitor information, customer requirements, and regional certification requirements, including UL, CSA, and NOM.

  7. Work with internal technical personnel to provide product selection and system integration recommendations.

  8. Manage the complete international trade process, including inquiries, quotations, contracts, order follow-up, shipment, documentation, and after-sales coordination.

  9. Ensure compliance, delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the order process.

Qualifications

  1. Associate degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, international trade, English, Spanish, or a related field.

  2. At least one year of international trade or overseas sales experience.

  3. Experience in the Americas market or in the sales of industrial and mechatronic products is preferred.

  4. Outstanding graduates with solid internship experience may also be considered.

  5. CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

  6. Ability to independently communicate with overseas customers through telephone calls and video conferences.

  7. Spanish DELE B1/B2, Portuguese proficiency, or equivalent language skills are preferred but not mandatory.

  8. Basic knowledge of motors, gear reducers, frequency inverters, servo systems, or related products is preferred.

  9. Candidates without relevant product knowledge should demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to learn.

  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Google search, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other customer development tools.

  11. Strong resilience, results orientation, teamwork, and the ability to communicate with customers across different time zones.

Position 2: International Sales Specialist — Global English-Speaking Markets

Business Direction: Mechatronics Work Location: Chongqing, China Reports To: International Sales Manager / General Manager

This position focuses on markets where English is commonly used for international business, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and other global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop export business for mechatronic products in English-speaking and international markets.

  2. Explore business opportunities in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Nigeria, Kenya, the Middle East, and other regions.

  3. Manage and convert inquiries from Alibaba.com, the company’s independent website, and other online platforms.

  4. Develop targeted customers through Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, customs data, and other digital marketing channels.

  5. Handle customer inquiries, technical communication, quotations, contract negotiations, payment arrangements, logistics, and after-sales matters entirely in English.

  6. Learn and understand the specifications, performance, and applications of products such as servo motors, planetary gear reducers, integrated drive wheels, and automation components.

  7. Prepare professional English quotations, product presentations, and basic technical proposals.

  8. Coordinate customer complaints, quality issues, and after-sales requirements.

  9. Maintain long-term customer relationships and continuously follow up on business opportunities.

  10. Regularly summarize customer requirements, market trends, and competitor information.

  11. Support the company in improving product positioning, market strategies, and promotional content.

Qualifications

  1. Associate degree or above in international trade, business English, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, or a related field.

  2. One to three years of international trade or overseas sales experience.

  3. Experience in industrial products, mechanical products, electrical products, or mechatronic products is preferred.

  4. Outstanding graduates with TEM-8, BEC Higher, or relevant international trade internship experience may also be considered.

  5. CET-6 score of 550 or above, TEM-4/TEM-8, IELTS 6.5 or above, or equivalent English proficiency.

  6. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

  7. Ability to independently conduct overseas customer calls, video conferences, business negotiations, and customer receptions.

  8. Familiarity with international trade procedures, including quotations, contracts, letters of credit, customs declarations, and export tax rebates.

  9. Understanding of Incoterms and common international payment methods.

  10. Strong interest in mechatronic technology and the ability to quickly understand product features through training and self-study.

  11. Proactive, responsible, resilient, and team-oriented.

  12. Ability to handle occasional cross-time-zone communication.
